Don't you love a good bargain? I do!
One of the things that we had to buy for the house is barstools. I believe in splurging on some high end pieces and then mixing it with some more affordable items without having to compromise on design. I was in love with the Aaron Barstools from pottery barn but at $249 a piece it was too much to pay! These are classic x- back barstools and I was very sure Icould find the same barstools for less.

The look alike is called "Crosley x- back barstool" and is sold at a couple of online retailers.Thesese are made from solid hardwood and not particle board and are very sturdy.They are available in both counter and bar hieght and available in three different finishes. I got a pair in the anitique Mahagony finish and paid a total of $160.These were delivered in a week and took me less than 45 minutes to assemble both without any help.

A tip : If you like a piece of furniture that you cannnot afford always find out what the generic term for the piece is.As in my case the generic term for PB's aaron barstools is x-back barstools.It could be ladder back chairs, windor chairs or parson chairs. This will make your online search much more easier.
